Sometimes, a phone call might be a better way to get a hold of a certain realtor if they are busy and always on the road and could only check their e-mail every couple of hours. Having a good realtor means being a great customer as well. Several people do not realize that the reason their realtor did not work out is because they did not work with their realtor enough to get their house sold.
